Why do I have Poor Cellular Reception Inside?
There can be many reasons why your cell phone does not work in your office or your home. First if you
are not able to use your cell phone outside your location, there simply is not a tower for your particular
provider in your area. You can look at the Coverage Maps for each of the carriers to see who has coverage
in your location. If the signal is good outside then the materials used in construction are the most probable
culprit.

You can always try and see if another Cellular Provider has better coverage in your location; the Coverage Maps will tell you who has the strongest signal outside.
Calling the cell phone provider about poor coverage is something you can do, but does not necessarily yield any results unless you have several hundred phones at your location. The most
